Use of the information contained in the service
- The Agency established pursuant to Article 2 of the Act of May 24, 2002 on the Internal Security Agency and the Foreign Intelligence Agency (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 74, item 676, as amended) is exclusively entitled to use the name “FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE AGENCY” and the “IA”.
- The use of the Internet service of the Foreign Intelligence Agency is possible within the limits permitted by the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 80, item 904).
- The Internet service of the Foreign Intelligence Agency is identifiable and completely separated from other IT resources of this office, however, any violation of its integrity or content by an unauthorized person will constitute a crime within the meaning of the law. In any such case, the Foreign Intelligence Agency will apply for prosecution of the perpetrator, it also reserves the right to use all legal, organisational and technical means available to it: legal, organisational and technical means to detect it and hold it criminally responsible.
