The cooperation of the Foreign Intelligence Agency with special services of other countries is regulated by Article 8 of the Act of May 24, 2002 on the Internal Security Agency and the Foreign Intelligence Agency:
1. The Heads of the Agency, each in his own field of competence, may act in cooperation with competent authorities and services of other countries in order to accomplish the Agency’s tasks.
2. The initiation of the cooperation referred to in section 1 may take place after obtaining the consent of the Prime Minister.
